The manager, Bob Tyson, sold a defective fridge and dishwasher that cost me another fridge. He blamed the fridge condenser unit malfunction on a house roach problem which was non-existent. We rehabbed the floors and painted the walls and thoroughly cleaned the house, which remained vacant until closing. No one, including the buyer and the home inspector, found a roach problem. The dishwasher's blades were broken that had to be fixed by the plumber. His installation guy also forgot to turn on the water for the dishwasher. Dishonest and incompetent. DO NOT USE.

Dryer stopped working last evening. I called the company this morning and they set up an appointment for this afternoon. The repairman was right on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer in about a half hour. The repairman was very quick and competent, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for appliance repair.

This is the second time we've used GQA in the past month; the great experience we had in having them repair a microwave earlier resulted in this repair call. This time we called them about a refrigerator leaking water. We called them Tuesday afternoon and they came out Wednesday morning. Fortunately for us, the problem was a clogged drain. He cleared the drain and then vacuumed up all the water inside and outside the refrigerator. The price he charged us for this was much lower than we expected. GQA is now the only appliance repair company on our list.

The customer service was good. They had to order the parts. They called when the part came in and they came out and put it in.

Gwinnett Quality Appliances sent the repairman on time and he was very polite and professional. I was very impressed with him because he didn't charge me the full price for his time because the dryer wasn't really broken. I would highly recommend this company.

The repair tech arrived promptly, with an advance call on the way, diagnosed the problem correctly, and gave us an estimate for part cost and labor. With an older appliance, it's hard to tell when to fix and when to retire for a newer model, but ultimately, this repair kept us in clean clothes at a reasonable cost.
