Very thorough! Used NPI for a pre-inspection before listing. Found only a few things and I fixed them before listing. Made for a SUPER easy (and short!) listing period and the home sailed through the buyer's inspection!

We arrived 15 minutes early and Buddy was already there inspecting the electrical board. My wife and I were able to explore what we needed to see and then periodically meet up with Buddy for a debriefing. He naswered all our questions that he could answer. We were completely satisfied.
