Personnel of Arnold Heating & Air were prompt, efficient and courteous. Installer personnel were careful not to damage home area and carefully cleaned-up after the installation. All of my questions were readily answered, and instruction on operation of the units was provided.

A/C stopped working on Christmas day. I call Arnold Heating and Air on the next day. They came right out and fixed my system. They were quick, had all the parts needed with them, charged a fair price, and did not make a mess.
