 + -1 moreWe had called Bubba out about leaks in our roof. They were small leaks, so I told him it wasn't an emergency but I wanted to get the problem taken care of as soon as possible. He disappeared off the face of the earth and stopped returning phone calls. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he had a family emergency or something that was keeping him from returning calls in a timely manner. I waited a few weeks and called several more times. I asked him to please call me and let me know if he couldn't fix my roof, so I could look for someone else. Nothing. I'm very disappointed with this lack of professionalism. Our roof is still leaking now and I think we have some water damage. Returning calls and showing up when you say you will is the bare minimum I'd expect from a professional. Very disappointed!!!
Description of Work: Came out to look at our roof and give an estimate, said he could do the work the following week, then disappeared and refused to return multiple phone calls.

Description of Work: Remove existing roof system, replace any deteriorated decking, remove roofing debris, install new shingles and underlayment

Description of Work: I was in a hurry to get a quote for fixing repairs on my home in order to sell it after the buyers had had a home inspection completed. I only had a week to get everything done. I am in California, but my house is in Georgia and I was in a major time crunch, he could have easily over inflated the estimate, but he came in lower than I had expected. I called Bubba he went out immediately on a Friday afternoon. He took pictures of the areas of the roof that needed some work and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I didn't actually get a chance to hire him because the situation with the house sale dramatically changed, but I was looking forward to having him complete the work.
