We had called Bubba out about leaks in our roof. They were small leaks, so I told him it wasn't an emergency but I wanted to get the problem taken care of as soon as possible.
He disappeared off the face of the earth and stopped returning phone calls. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he had a family emergency or something that was keeping him from returning calls in a timely manner.
I waited a few weeks and called several more times. I asked him to please call me and let me know if he couldn't fix my roof, so I could look for someone else. Nothing.
I'm very disappointed with this lack of professionalism. Our roof is still leaking now and I think we have some water damage. Returning calls and showing up when you say you will is the bare minimum I'd expect from a professional. Very disappointed!!!
