When it first got going it was kind of difficult due to a communication problem. Once it got going, it took approximately three days. It went okay. They did a good job, but it wasn’t excellent. I think they could have used a little more wood filler in the hallway. The team was very nice, but I had several questions about a rug pad and they never got back to me on that. I’m undecided if I would use them again in the future. The floors do look really nice, though. I’m not sure what other companies use or their process, so I don’t have anything to compare them to.

Jeremy came and did an estimate for stairs and rails. There were issues in turning lite color stairs into a much darker color, but Jeremy and his crew stuck it out and did a beutiful job. We had to outsource the banisters and rails to another company.

Mr. Jeremy Frost (owner) came to my home and gave a free estimate. I contracted his company to install hardwood flooring in the living room and office to match existing hardwoods in the dining room and foyer. Mr. Frost was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the process. His crew arrived on-time every day until the job was finished. They were professional and curtious. They finished exactly as scheduled and the total bill was exactly as estimated. The floors are beautiful and match the existing floors. Mr. Frost even threw in the walk-in closet in the master with the left-over wood from the job. I would recommend Precision Hardwood Flooring to anyone. They are not the least expensive nor the most expensive. They give military discounts! :)

Overall, the project went well in the beginning.
