Professional, fast, and the price was great. I had three bids for a new roof before speaking with Chris. I opted to go with Copper Roofing and I'm glad I did. They were accommodating to our schedule and completed the tear off and installation in two days. Chris was our project manager and he was at our house often to ensure the job was going as planned and that our needs were met. They were diligent in cleaning the debris and even removed the leaves from our patio...that's service. We went with a black roof and they even took time to paint our vents black to match the roof. This company is truly awesome they did a wonderful job from the conception of my project to initiating the claim with my insurance company everything from initiating the claims is closing it out and getting me the same as certificate of completion we did an excellent job from taking the shingles off putting them in the dumpster to felting the entire roof putting the shingles on everything was a very effectively very efficiently we strongly recommend them for any of your roofing needs please if you need a roofing company these people are the folks that will get the job done correctly and right the first time.

I sourced Copper Roofing, LLC as they came highly recommended from a dear friend. These guys are AWESOME! They ended up replacing almost every roof in my neighborhood through their referral program, which I was paid $300 per roof they installed. They specialize in Atlas chalet shingles, which are an obsolete, discontinued product which there is a current class action lawsuit against. Give them a call for all your roofing needs, tell them Mark sent you!! ?

We had some storm damage and contacted Chris Nicolais of Bella Dreams Home Services. He came over and evaluated our roof. He also met with our insurance adjuster at the house. We were approved for a new roof. Our house took 55 squares of roof. Chris's crew started roofing our house on Friday morning and finished on Saturday evening. They did and outstanding job. Everyone was very professional and efficient! I would highly recommend contacting them for your roofing needs. They also did a great job in cleaning up after the roof replacement. I give them a 5 star rating!

i am a tenant and my landlord just had a new roof put on my rental house. These roofers were super fast, completing the work in one day. They also did the best clean-up job! This is rare with contractors. Because I had to deal with a city inspector regarding smoke detectors, he even came inside and helped me install mine properly. I spoke with several different roofers- they either wanted to charge for an estimate, they replied that they were too busy, or they just didn't show up! But Bella Dreams Home Services did a great job! They showed before and after pictures of the repairs. They was on time and did a great job. We will use them again in the future if anything new come up. I definitely recommend them.

This is the best roofing company in existence. We searched and searched for an honest up front roofing company and Copper Roofing was the only one. Their quote contains how much per foot they charge for dry rot repair. They were the only roofing company that emailed us our quote in a day. The others took over a month. Our son live next to us and he too need a roof so we decided to do them at the same time. When we asked if there could be a discount for doing both roofs at the same time Copper Roofing was the only one who gave us a discount for doing both roofs together. We also need new gutters on both houses and these were done beautifully. The crew who did both our roofs were polite, clean and respectful of all our property. The crew also cleaned up every scrap. You cannot find one piece of old roofing in my yard. And yet we have a beautiful new roof and gutters. I would like to thank Copper Roofing for doing such a lovely job on our roof.

There were several leaks in the house I just bought. Chris came out, gave the house a quick once over, and sent me an estimate. I'd gotten 4 total, his was about in the middle, 2nd to lowest. He'd come recommended whereas the others I'd pulled from online, so I went with him...and I wasn't sorry. They ripped off 3 layers of old roofing, including the original wood shingles, in about 3 hours. By the end of the first day they had the base-work done and had shingles started on half the roof. The second day they finished and did the gutters. By 4:30 when I walked outside to take a look they were cleaning up. They'd replaced the vents and flashing and painted it to match the roof perfectly, and they went out of their way to find gutters that matched the trim on my house. The workers were clean and polite. The work was fast, looks great, and final cost matched the estimate. We haven't had any rain yet, but I don't have any concerns about the quality of the work. I'll update the review if anything comes up.

The job on my house, garage and carport was very hard to do. The work crew was extremely nice. And clean ,was very patient with a very hard job and went the extra mile to do as good a job as they could. The price was very reasonable and they were always on time and a pleasure to deal with. I would. Recommend to anyone and they have my permission to use me as a reference or to use my house as an example of their fine work. Thank you again.

I'm a physician in Columbus and had 3 bids on a new roof. Chris Nicolais came in mid-way. He and his crew did a fine job, on time, with good cleanup. I think he had 7 workers who functioned as an impressive team. They were polite enough that even my neighbors commented on how professional they were. I've never had a new roof and did not understand what a racket and clouds of dust come with the job; so be sure you understand that. If your whole old roof is being removed, make sure they clean up your attic...which Chris did after I asked he do so. In fact, I've already recommended Bella Dreams Home Services to two of my friends.

I had a quote to re-roof my house, shingles on the main house and a flat asphalt rolled on the addition, from the company that did the roof inspection (Specialty). They did not bid the rolled portion and it took me two days to learn they do not do rolled. Because my house was in Midland, time was of the essence. Chris gave me a bid within a day and two days later they replaced both roofs plus repaired termite damage around the roof areas. Great job. Cleaned up and came back to replace the screens I had on the gutter. Would use them again in a flash if I were staying in the area.

From beginning to end Bella Dreams was professional and provided quality work. During the consultation/estimate we had all questions throughly answered and explained. They even went above and beyond to come out a second time for my husband to meet with them. Our roof looks amazing and they thoroughly cleaned up everything after they were complete.
