Ceramic Tile Service
We stopped by the office on veterans one weekend. Su was extremely helpful from the start. She took down our information and said she would be in touch when the sample was available for the countertop we wanted. She never called back. I called her and she apologized that she lost our number. We ordered the countertop and waited for her to contact us for installation. She stopped by my home after hours without calling as she lost my number again but she had the countertop ready for install. I have a newborn and said she could install this evening in an hour when he was not napping. Her installers came 10 min later. This was very frustrating. The counter is gorgeous and the price is acceptable but her professionalism is lacking
