I think this company closed and good thing too. I wouldn?t wish their work upon anyone else. I?ve now lived my home for one year and the amount of items that Jeffrey with Chattahoochee home inspections missed is unbelievable. We?ve had electricians come in since look at the electrical wiring in our attic and told us it was dangerous to leave like that. We?ve had water flood our basement because there used to be a sump pump there, but there?s no longer and the drainage isn?t sufficient. Professionals have come out and said that it?s very clear that there?s been previous water damage. None of this was reported by CHI. The only things they reported were superficial structural damage damages like a bent gutter or cracked porch steps that anyone could see. I seen the report that they included disclosures stating that further professionals would need to be called for essentially anything other superficial work. They?re a waste of money.

we had a great experience working with Jeff! he was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. he was also familiar with our agent, so he was able to easily coordinate a follow-up inspection due to some crawl space issues. Report was promptly delivered the same day. I’d recommend his services to anyone buying a home!
