I have used the Decatur location for years. Robbie and his crew always have taken good care of my cars whether it was an Infiniti Q45, a Lexus GS300 or a Scion XB. They provide competent, professional service and give me tips on taking good care of my automobiles. I definitely recommend this location.

We've been taking our two vehicles there for about 2-3 years and it has always been positive. Robbie always tries to help us out as much as he possibly can.

They performed the oil change at the time we agreed upon (I made an appointment) and were finished in 30 minutes.

I use the Decatur location . Robbie is always wonderful and takes great care of us . These guys are great ! I have taken my wife's Lexus RX400H here for over a couple of years now .They are honest competent and fairly priced . They always perform our regular service and we recently had them do the timing belt and brakes . They are much less than the dealer yet never overlook my cars specifics . I am confident in their abilities . Never take my lexus elsewhere.

They did an excellent job. The motor runs like a new one, and we've had few problems. These are simply the best Toyota people around.

We have used T3 multiple times now to service & repair both of our SUV's. Ty is always professional & courteous & is incredibly honest. We have had bad experiences in the past with other auto service professionals and truly value finding someone we can trust & count on to give us a fair estimate, reliable service and a good price.

I called in advance and arrived on time, they took the car right in and serviced while I waited. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable that they did not "over work it," and was honest about the work needing to be done. Big savings over the dealership!

This is an interesting business; it's owned by a former attorney who knows nothing about cars! He apparently owns 2 other garages. He put Don in charge of T3 many years ago, and it seems that Don does most of the work himself. He did not try to "up-sell" me at all. I will never seek to use another servicer as long as I drive Toyotas.

Used them for performing a major tune-up and to also check the blower/fan for the AC/Heating system. The blower had been making a noise and I assumed that the blower motor was going bad. They said that they would go ahead and get a blower motor in house so that they would have it to replace if needed so that they could do the repair and tune-up in one visit. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that they found the culprit to the blower noise. Basically, a pine needle had gotten into the system and the squirrel cage fan was rubbing on it causing the noise. They vacuumed out the ventilation system and all was well. Saved a significant amount of additional money in a motore replacement as well as the additional labor that would have been involved. Car ran great following the tune-up.

I was very pleased with T3. They are very friendly people who don t do work that isn t needed just to run up the cost. I found them to be knowledgeable and their prices are very fair for exceptionally good work. It is nice to know I can rely on them to be honest and trustworthy.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable about what they re doing and are always very attentive. I ve been going there for over 7 years and I ve had no problems. They have always been very honest and reliable through the years.

Don at T3 Roswell has helped me with major warranty issues on my 2001 Audi A6 (transmission), and my 2003 VW Jetta (brakes locking up). His advice has saved me a lot of money and a lot of hassles.
