House Cleaning
I have had my issues with them in the past with coming in and finding dirt, dust and areas not cleaned. Carolyn was sent pictures of what was found and the next time my house was well cleaned. The last time they were in my home( on a Wednesday), I specifically asked them not to put my payment through until Friday AM. Carolyn was on vacation and they put it through anyway costing me an extra $35.00 which I was not pleased with. Carolyn was not willing to work with me on this mistake so I decided not to use them any more. I had been with the company about two years with biweekly cleaning and was always willing to move my appointment around when needed.

We pay about $100 per visit. They perform very well and get to know the family and their preferences. They do a good job based on the knowledge of their customers.
