I submitted a request for quote online about a month ago. Because I never received a response, I called the number listed and talked directly with Ms. Robinson, who scheduled an appointment for the very next Saturday. Although she was late arriving, it wasn't an inconvenience for me. She and her son took about five hours to do the work, which was haphazard at best. Some windows were done perfectly, some were cleaned on the inside, but not the outside. When the sun shined through some of the windows, I could see streaks, or water marks. Some of the wooden blinds were cleaned only at eye level. The lower slats were not touched. Also, she accidentally broke the mechanism on one of the windows. After trying for a great deal of time to unsuccessfully fix it, she told me that she would talk to one of her uncles who supposedly does window contracting and ask if he could stop by and fix this window. She called Sunday to say they would be here Monday to fix the window. They never showed up, and she didn't call to reschedule. I have not heard from her again. Because of the shoddy work, and the inconvenience the broken window has caused me, I will be taking her name off my list of preferred service providers.

"Hi (member name removed) I deeply apologize that you were not satisfied with your services that you received. Upon completion of services you seemed extremely satisfied with the services and stated that you would like to have them done quarterly, you even gave a tip, which was greatly appreciated! TTP does not typically clean exterior windows, this may be the reason it seemed haphazard at best. Your windows folds in, after doing some research I found out that it is very common for this particular window to come off track, which is what happened in your case. I offered to have my insurance company to fix this for you, and you clearly stated not to worry about it. I was determined to fix this problem for you, even with your help, that's why I was there 5 hours. After unsuccessfully resolving the issue I suggested that I could have my uncle, who is a contractor to come out the following Monday and fix the problem. When I spoke with him he told me that he was booked Monday and could come out Tuesday. I call your home and didn't receive and answer so I left a voicemail and left a contact number for you to call back so we could get this taken care of.... I never heard anything else. Again sorry for any inconveniences."

Ttp does a wonderful job I'm actually amazed at how they when the extra step to get the job done! For such a reasonable price by the way. Great job guys!
