The entire interaction with TrueGreen was horrible. The Techs would not show up on the scheduled dates. The Techs would not treat the entire lawn until I continuously complained and requested retreatments. When you call the local number, you always go to a call center and no one locally contacts you. My lawn has weeds because they don't treat the entire area. Their guanetee is a joke. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have to say that I was pleased for the most part. After two treatments of herbicide and fertilizer I saw an immediate difference. I only have a couple issues where at one point the specialist over sprayed the herbicide and treated my patio plants killing my mint! Be sure to move any thing you don't want sprayed. The other issue is that I don't feel as though I get enough input regarding my lawn. I felt as though I have to pull information from the specialist. After all, they are the professionals. I turned to youtube for more advice.

I am getting ready to call and cancel. I have had them for the last couple of years and I keep getting a brown patch. They come out in the fall and put a fungicide. The whole summer I do not have grass. I believe the fertilizer they use is a slow release. I'm not even blaming them but, I'm not going to pay for something that isn't going to work .
