When I purchased my car, they only gave me one set of keys. They told me they would call when the second set was there. They never called and the second set of keys never arrived. About a year later, I went to see if they had my keys and of course they never heard of me. When I explained the situation, it took them awhile, but they did say they would give me another set of keys but they wouldn't provide the electric door opener unless I paid for it. When you get service done, they have a service waiting room with TVs but it is over crowded. You can't do any reading or work. I found a table in the hallway. I was disappointing in the way they treat their customers. The members of the service department is extremely nice, helpful and customer oriented. When they noticed I was trying to read and do work, they showed me a table where it was quiet.

Under their care our Prius has had no major malfunctions.

They covered it under warranty even thought my car was over in miles. They were very informative, helpful, and saved me lots of money.

They have great customer relations. There was no cost.

They are pretty good. I have used them for six years. They give discounts as well.

I purchased a used 2012 Honda Pilot from this dealership. They agreed to have a luggage rack put on for me. They kept me opprised at all times, put me in a loaner car until it was taken care of, then ended up going to Honda to purchase the rack and put it on quickly to put me on the road.

Every time I have gone there, they have done a wonderful job. They have internet service, refreshments, TVs available for their customers.

The service is excellent.
