Eli was professional, patient with my questions, quick to respond, and produced my inspection report same day. He’s also a small business owner and I appreciated knowing my dollars went to a family rather than a corporations overhead.

I hate leaving this review. Eli did a great job with my general home inspection for my home purchase. Very professional. So good, that I hired him again to do the radon inspection within the due diligence period. He let me know he would be picking up the test over the weekend, however, he never showed up to retrieve his equipment. I still have not received the radon report. I tried to contact him via cell, email, and the Facebook page of his company, and the HomeAdvisor app. No response from anything, although I did see that he posted content to his social media page. I am having to hire another professional to do the test to get the results I need. I am still waiting to hear back from him to get my money back. I would not hire Eli again.
