I hired Thomas to replace some dry rot wood pieces, as well as the stairs and railing, and to level the area underneath my deck. However, after our initial contact, he mentioned that he had a back injury, and I never heard from him again. I regret not checking his work more thoroughly before hiring him. His communication was poor. All I requested from Thomas was for him to return and fix some mistakes that he made and other issues he overlooked.

He did a very good job. was friendly but very professional. Very punctual and was satisfied with his work. I will definitely be hiring him again soon.

This Company exceeded all of my expectations ! They were extremely punctual showing up on time on the day of service. They assessed the damaged gutter that was pulling away from the house and provided me several options for repair. Once we agreed on a possible solution, they went right to work. In no time at all the entire length of gutter was removed revealing a bigger problem. Due to the length of the time that had elapsed with the gutter and overhang in disrepair, the wood supporting the gutter and overhang was weather damaged and starting to bow. Mr Thomas assured me that he could replace the damaged wood, repair the overhang and reinstall the gutters only increasing the agreed price to cover the cost of replacement materials. I happily agreed. Mr Thomas went one step further by explaining that although I had drain spouts at each end of the house, that adding an additional drain spout in the center would provide a more efficient way to dispense water during heavy rainstorms and I wholeheartedly agreed with him and we decided to add it. In one afternoon the entire job had been completed and I could not have been happier with the finished results. As a former Customer Service Manager, I know a little something about meeting expectations and Thomas Constrution far exceeded mine ! The workers were Professional, and Knowledgeable. They were low maintenance requiring nothing from me besides a water hose. I am totally satisfied with the finished look and the additional drain spout blended in very well with the original design. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation ! A definite 5 Stars from me !

Dependable - quality work done in a timely manner

Mrs Thomas was a delight getting the ball rolling. Mr Thomas had a very fair quote and was a very professional contractor. He was contracted 2 rooms of paint. He went above and beyond and repaired a section that was damaged that was not in the bid. He finished faster than expected and was under the budget we had agreed. I wish I had before and after pictures but I don't. He was punctual professional and I would hire him again and again.
