I gave these people a good rating before looking at the finish work which was a huge mistake. They did not finish the shoe mold after putting the flooring down causing me to hire someone. Now that Iâ m selling my home, after cleaning out my closet thereâ s an area that they did not put flooring down and they covered it up with my items that was in the closet. This is unacceptable

Danny and his crew removed and replaced all the hand rails, deck boards and related material to include my old deck steps (15). He also installed a new roof. My wife and I love to listen to the rain so we them use tin instead of shingles. Once the job was completed they were very nice and cooperative in fixing a few issues we found.

Everyone with This N That were professional and courteous. We contacted them on a Friday and on Monday they started the project. They finished on Tuesday. Even working through the rain and late into the evening.
