Chance Adamson is a highly experienced Realtor and is very respected in the community; and his marketing strategies gets our sellers multiple offers and top dollar for their homes. Below is what makes us unique: Chance's wife, Patti, is a direct Fannie MaeLender as a loan officer with over 19 years. With Chance's lending experience he makes sure the buyer is a solid qualified buyer before going under contract. He does this by calling the loan officer directly who says the buyer is pre-approved, making sure that the loan officer has checked out all their docs and such, before we accept that offer and go under contract. We do this on every buyer on all of our listings. This is also why 95% to 97% of our homes that we put under contract actually go to the closing table. This is a very high ratio.
