I had this company to work on my bathroom & basement. Everything was great except when finishing basement. I had all my lights in basement to go out due to them messing up my electrical work. The owner Jonathan has pretty much harassed me about the remaining balance before completing the work. I was advised by my adjuster to complete a punchlist contract for them to sign along with the payment arrangements that was agreed upon after work was finished. I had to have my own personal electrician to come out & correct the issue twice after they kept messing it up. He didn’t even charge me due to me being so stressed with this company. Patrick ask for me to have him check it out & try to fix it due to them(workers) kept messing it up. The basement lights were not working for weeks & Superior wasn’t in a hurry to correct the issue. After fixing lights in basement I was left with a hole in the Sheetrock where they had to run new wires. Jonathan wanted me to agree with fixing the hole in the wall after making full payment after we discussed payment arrangement for the remaining balance which wasn’t a lot. He was very rude to me & not professional at all. It’s not right for a company to threaten you while work isn’t completed. Ive never experienced this before with a company. I even emailed & text a punchlist contract stating that they will complete work along with fixing the hole in my wall.l along with payment arrangements that was made between me & the owner. He agreed to it before they corrected the electrical issue in the basement which was no lights at all. Now he doesn’t want to sign off on the punchlist contract at all. Demanding payment without fixing hole in the wall. I would never recommend them again. I really think they had people along with their family member to give great ratings to make them look good. I WILL NOT be threatened by anyone especially when work isn’t completed. Owner of home -Kimberley Hooper

Came out beautiful. Hard workers that were determined to finish the job. Even stayed late to finish one evening.
