They're adequate. They provide basic service. They know what they're supposed to do. They don't always do it but they respond when you tell them they didn't do it. I would use them just as long as you're clear that you're gonna get a limited venue of services from them.

He's been working for me about three years. He is very fair and very reasonable. I would give him a B in promptness but that's not his fault; sometimes he would get tied up in another job. He's very good, very prompt and very reasonable so I wouldn't hold it against him if he is a little late. I would recommend him without hesitation.
