Premier Restoration Inc

We gave them a check for half of the total job the week before Labor Day, the work was supposed to start Sept 3rd. We didn't see or hear from anyone until last week, they came and did the roof on the 10th and 11th. I am STILL WAITING on the rest of the job to be done, and we have been unable to get an answer from ANYONE. "hopefully this next week " is what we were told for the past 3 weeks It is very frustrating, because all of this work came about because the empty house next door to me burned down , and we have been trying to get the city to tear it down, to avoid something like that happening. and almost took my house w it..So it is EXTRA frustrating that the work has not been done yet, because the damage should have never happened in the 1st place. Premier is who my insurance company recommended. and even tho we could have probably spent less, since it was major work, we decided to go w who was SUPPOSED TO BE the best. And maybe they are, I WOULDN'T KNOW. I have explained to both project supervisors that , because there is no insulation or siding on one whole side of my house, this is wreaking havoc w my power bill, they ASSURED me they would get right on it, i am sure i could have already had it done several times by others, if i would have known Premier was not going to show up for a month or longer, I WOULD HAVE used someone else, simply for the sake of my power bill. ,
