"According to our records, on 08/15/2006, our technician replaced a kitchen faucet that the homeowner supplied. We supplied No-burst supply lines. We charged $125.00 to include parts we supplied for the installation and labor costs. On that same day, we installed a tub strainer in the upstairs hall bathtub. The homeowner paid $85.00 for all parts and labor for that service. Member paid us a total of $210.00 for all parts, material and labor. Before beginning any work, our technicians give FREE estimates that include ALL material and labor and must be approved by the homeowner before any work is started. Member approved the work and price before we performed her services. In fact, on that same day, Member was given an estimate to install a new lavatory faucet in the hall restroom, which she did not have done. If Member felt that she was being charged too much, she should not have agreed to have the work done."
