I hired Planet Midnight Blue Movers to pick up a TV stand from a furniture store for me. Noah the owner arrived at our home with the furniture. He stated that I had to pay him to put legs on the furniture and we agreed on a price to have that done. I had an office chair that I needed hauled away. We also agreed on a price for that. He was paid for his services. I was bothered by how the legs were positioned so I went back to the furniture store to look at the legs on the exhibit in the store and confirmed that Noah had put the legs on the TV stand incorrectly. I called him and asked him nicely to return to our home and to put them in on correctly. My communication with him via text went on for a month. And he never would answer my calls. He had no intention of coming back to do it right. I would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY and let the owner NOAH into my home to do a job for me ever again. He is unethical, does a poor job. He got over on us as senior citizens. He is unprofessional.
