PARTNERS IN GRIME

There were two visits specifically detailing what we wanted done around the house, and what our priorities were. Partners in Grime said they understood these priorities, and would have no problem getting all of the higher priority items (dishes for us) done first. Unfortunately they consistently did not complete those items. They often left dishes dirty or in the dishwasher, even after repeated clarifications. They claimed that they would have plenty of time to do detail oriented cleaning of fan blades, corners, and other rarely used locations as needed. This was not done, and dust bunnies were found in lots of places. Overall the cleaning job seemed haphazard, and undetailed. Their attitude in communications with us was brusque and borderline rude. They used our cleaning supplies without approval or our knowledge. Despite repeated requests the bedroom door was left open each time they cleaned. The last visit they even rearranged all of our bathroom shower stuff into a cleaning caddy that they removed from the guest bathroom. We felt that they had very little respect for our items or order.

Their service is excellent. They have good attention to detail. They come on time and they are friendly. They are open to suggestions. I would highly recommend them.
