"Hello, I am the owner of Moody's Carpet Care. We were originally contracted to do a job for [member's name removed] that included only carpet cleaning. When my technician arrived to [member's name removed]'s house we were told by [member's name removed] that there had been blue toilet bowl cleaner dropped on multiple areas of the carpet. Upon realizing that there is no possibly way to lift the entire blue toilet bowl cleaner spray, our technician suggested a carpet repair. Our technician did not have the proper tools to do the repair that day so he had to re-schedule to come back. Before leaving, our technician did a great deep steam cleaning on the rest of [member's name removed]'s house. We did make a mistake by having to re-schedule multiple times due to other customer job's and [member's name removed] not being available when our technician was available. We do not believe we deserve such a harsh review due to scheduling conflicts. All of our other reviews on Angies List are A+ and we have been in business since 1987. We did not charge [member's name removed] anything for the carpet cleaning we performed (which he was happy with) and we wish him the best.
