Called before he came and when was in route. Asked exactly what needed to be done and then made recommendations for upcoming visits that involved reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service and lawn looks great. I am currently on an every other week service plan. I like how he asks me if it is ok to come and when (flexiblility) before he shows up. I receive several compliments from Mac since I chose Mac as my lawn service provider back in March.

Called Jerry for quote to haul away deck boards after I replaced them. He sent someone out within 2 hours and had the work completed within 4. Exactly what I needed!

Called Mac on Wed. He came Thurs. morning and gave an estimate. Crew came Fri. Morning to do the work. They were friendly, hard workers, and did everything I had asked them to do. I will certainly call them again.
