They were excellent and very professional. The serviceman that came to the property was very, very good and very punctual.

After smelling gas in our 1970's era fireplace we called the gas company. They disconnected the gas lighter and recommended no longer using wood in the fireplace, age of the fireplace being a danger factor. The gas company employee recommend ventless logs and the company "All About Gas" (also known as "Luxury Fireplace Systems). A representive came out within a day and gave us a verbal estimate and an install time of a week later. The system was installed as described. It looks great and appears to be working perfectly.
