"Dear Mrs. [removed member's name] , We are sorry that you feel we were not helpful on the appliance repair that was done in July 10, 2014 in your tenants home. Our records show that you contacted us in November 2014 for a letter stating what the technician found once he arrived in your tenants home, so that you may use to go to small claims court with your tenant. The letter was emailed to you on November 12 , 2014 . We also tried to contact through you out that month with no response due to the fact that you were not available . Unfortunately we could not state eye witness testimony in the letter like you requested that the tenant had one hundred percent full responsibility for damaging the dryer due to the fact that we were not present when it was initially damaged. We honestly tried to help you in every way that we could."
