 + -1 moreORLANDO TOLD ME TWICE HE WAS COMING TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND NEVER SHOWED UP. HE FINALLY DID SHOW UP THE THIRD TIME HE TOLD ME HE'D BE THERE, AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. UPON MY AGREEMENT OF HIS FEE, HE SAID HE WOULD BE BY THAT SUNDAY TO PERFORM THE WORK. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN WHY.
Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED BECAUSE HE NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME TO COMPLETE IT.
