 + -1 moreOverall Harbin's is extremely expensive and never fixed anything. Last night my bedroom was still 77 degrees. Their customer service is terrible. They are not helpful and rude. They obviously don't care about their customers or the quality of their work. NEVER use Harbins.
Description of Work: After returning home from a weekend away and finding my AC had stopped working and my condo was 87 degrees I called Harbin Mechanical to come take a look. They came to take a look at the system and give me an estimate. This was not a free estimate. I was charged for the visit. Because I was desperate to get the AC working I went ahead and asked them to come back. They preformed the service and "fixed" my AC. For a few days my AC seemed to being working okay but never great. I was told that the AC can only get my condo 20 degrees cooler than whatever it is outside. After a few weeks when my unit was still hot I called them back to say that I didn't think the AC was in fact fixed. They said they had a tech in the building and would send him up to take a look. The tech said it appeared to be working. Meanwhile I have 12 fans running trying to cool the unit down. I was billed $130 just for this last inspection where no work was actually done.
