Professional and courteous and friendly. Know their business well and gave options to treat rats and squirrel issues. I use competitor and would have switched my business for termite protection but could not afford at the time. But kept this company on to monitor small animal control which they guarantee against with a smile on my face.

I had requested a quote and a sales person came out with the time I needed them to come and gave me a good quote. A year or two later I called Elite Pest Control and told them that I had an old quote and the same sale person told me that he would honor that same quote and he did.

I had a squirrel running around my attic like they lived there. Elite captured the rodent and sealed my home at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Elite if you have a squirrel(s) in your attic that you would like removed.
