Great! Mark showed up at 10am. He took a look at the garage door that was broken and informed me that both doors needed struts. I found him very knowledgeable.

Mark D'Alba, the owner of the company, quickly returned my call. After explaining what I needed done - (My previous double wide wooden garage door completely failed and was beyond repair, except for the lifting system) - He set an appointment to install a new steel garage door the following day and quoted a total expected price, including labor and removal of the old door and glass. He arrived promptly on time, and had our garage secured with the new door. Mark returned the following day to. The rollers from the old door were replaced less that a year ago and were better than the ones that came with the new door, so he agreed to install them instead and it would not affect the warranty. Upon completion the price remained as quoted and agreed to. We are very pleased with D'Alba, Marc's workmanship and our new garage door. We will gladly use the company's services in the future as needed and highly recommend them to anyone replacing a garage door or needing service on their present one. I selected D'Alba based on the recommendations and scores as shown on Angie's List.

I had an issue with my garage door not wanting to come back down. Saw good reviews on D'Alba Garage Doors, so I called (after calling another company that didn't seem interested in coming out). Set up an appointment for the next morning. Mark showed up literally right at 9:30a. Perfect so far. He listened to all the problems I have had & he went to work. He took a look at everything - adjusted tension, eye sensors, replaced some corroded wiring & greased up all the areas that needed it. All for a VERY affordable price. I'm back up and running and glad I now have a solid garage door guy that I can count on (even though he's a Buffalo Bills fan)! ; D Thanks Mark!

The tension spring broke on my garage door. I called D'Alba and spoke with a very nice person who asked me a couple of questions (how many springs, how big is the door, etc). Within an hour the owner, Mark, was fixing my door. Nice guy and very professional. He explained the repair thoroughly and told me what to do to maintain the door. D'Alba will definitely be my go-to company for any future needs.

Mark did a great job. He arrived on time. Installation took about 1.5 hours. Mark fixed another issue we were having with our other garage opener at no cost.

Mark was absolutely amazing. I first called the larger garage door company near me and they wanted an astronomical amount to re-hang a door; three times as much actually. Then I called Mark. He asked a few questions and said yep, this is no problem, will be over the next day. Inspected the door, quoted me the same price as before, and got to work. Took him thirty minutes. Absolutely amazing.

They are really just spectacular. I think the name of the company is D'Alba Garage Doors. They were here last December of 2016. It was free because Mark D'Alba, the owner, I was having a hard time connecting the car link with the garage door opener that I purchased from him. The garage door and the car I had didn't have the same technology in them. So I called Mark up and said, you know I can't get this thing to work and he said, no problem I'll come by. Sure enough the next day he was there right on time, fixed it for me, and got everything working. I said well how much do I owe you and he said absolutely nothing. He said, you've been a great customer to me, you bought a great door and opener from me so I just want to make sure you're taken care of. They have the best price, their service has been impeccable, and when you have somebody like that you don't want to go looking for somebody else.

Mark assessed the garage door opener and gave me two options. I chose to replace the opener. Mark made sure that all six of the remotes could open the two garage doors, reprogramming my old remotes as well as the new remotes. He was prompt and performed the job within two hours. I was very, very pleased with his work and with him.

He was excellent. He has excellent customer service. He was very thorough and it does not matter when we call him, he has shown up. We had an emergency situation in our rental property, he showed up. We have been very pleased with him. I still use him. He is my garage man now.

Everything went very well. The only problem Mark encountered was that my garage floor had actually settled over the past 22 years so the garage door did not actually fit tight to the driveway when the door was in the closed position. There was about a 1.5" gap under the middle part of the door that would definitely let water into the garage if it rained hard enough. So Mark found a larger sized rubber strip that he could install in the bottom of the door to try and close that gap. He found the correct size strip and the seal between the garage door and my garage floor was once again complete. Problem solved.
Because Mark is a sole proprietor he is able to be very competitive with the bigger garage door companies. That combined with the fact that he was trained by a large company but now does this on his own makes Mark an ideal choice to at least meet when you are in the market for a new door. You get small business customer service with large business installation experience. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and his company.

i had a broken garage door torsion spring and decided to replace both springs. i called d'alba garage doors and spoke with mark. the quote he gave me to replace both torsion springs was more than fair. even though it was a non emergency, mark said he could be here that afternoon and he arrived right on time. he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. he checked everything and all was in good shape but he did notice a small, very, very small, crack in the top of my door and installed a brace which will keep it from getting bigger and becoming a problem in the future. that kind of attention to detail, professional, honest and fair... very impressed with d'alba garage doors and mark.
