I found termite damage in my main structural beam in my home.

When I call them out Garey Clark said he would not pay for the damage to my home.

I have had a 14 years warrantee with them to be cover for something like this.

I had the Georgia Department of Agriculture come out and they found some problems with Clark pest control on how they were doing the job some of the bait station had not been change in over 90 days which would allow for termites to get in also some of the bait station had no bait in them I do have a written report from the agriculture department them to prove this claim.

I have never had a problem but if I need to I call them and they come back if I need something. I have used them for nine years and I have never had a problem. It is a good price for the service I get.

I was referred to this company from Angie's List.  When I called the office, the young girl that answered the phone was not knowledgable at all - she kept putting me on hold to get the answers to my questions.  As I have pets and wanted my house and yard treated for fleas, I asked what I needed to do with my pets and how long they would have to stay off the floors.  Again, she put me on hold and came back to tell me that I would need to keep them off the floors until they dried, approximately 20 minutes.  I booked the appointment.  When the tech arrived today at 5:30pm (right on time!) he told us that we would have the pets and ourselves out of the house for at least 2 hours!  I told him that the office had told us 20 minutes maximum!  At 5:30 on a weeknight, we were not prepared to leave our residence for two hours so we had no choice but to reschedule.  While the front office staff was totally unprofessional, the tech that came out was very knowledgable, pleasant, polite and very easy to work with.  He explained the entire process and what we could expect.  I will call to rebook the appointment, but really think the office staff needs to be able to talk to potential customers professionally and be able to give them knowledgable answers to their questions.

they came to complete a pest control check for our house- the person was prompt and courteous. He provided a clear estimate and gave good advice about treating this issue. We did not go with them only because we found another vendor who used a different kind of treatment that we decided to go with. I recommend them.

They were recommended to me by a trusted source; a person in the community. They are well established in the community. The owner of the company came out and went through everything on my property as I have a barn and a large house. I was really impressed with their presentation so I really didn't look at other competitors in the area and didn't do any comparisons. Their service is very good but I don't know how their price compares. They know my house and my pets and I get the same service every time. They are really good.

They do a good job.

They were very professional and they came out and gave me a reasonable price.  The guarantee that they had wasn't as good as the company I went with.

Unprofessional not to get back to a potential client.

I contacted Clark to treat my home for Pests. The person with whom I spoke to schedule an appointment was very knowledgeable about how the process worked and realistic about results I could hope to see. She scheduled an appointment promptly. The technician was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. My husband plans to use them for his commercial property after observing the work they did at our home.

We've had good luck with Clark's Pest control. They have even knocked down the spider webs when they see them on the property. I recommend this great company to anyone.

Everyone I have spoken with at this company has been polite & helpful. The owner of the company came to the house to give me an estimate & talk me through the service. Although the tech who came out to service the house was a little late, I did get a call to say he had been held up at his previous job & when he did arrive he was very apologetic.

HE DID A GOOD JOB. I KNOW HIM PERSONALLY. HE DID DO A GOOD JOB. HE COMES OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS AND I HAVE HAD NO MICE OR ANYTHING.
