Brian showed up at the agreed upon time, put a band aid on my 18 year old unit in order to get me out of a hot spot. He came back in two weeks installed a new system and everything here is cool. Our air conditioner condenser drain plugged and it was raining in the house. I checked Home Advisor and they recommended Brinkley. I called the night before and left a message so as to hopefully get on their schedule for the next day. Sure enough I got a call first thing and they got to me mid morning before the heat began to build. They fixed the problem quickly, did a little preventative maintenance while they were there to boot. They charged me less than what I had expected and were on there way leaving me in the cool! Nice work.

I reached out to many companies before finding this one. No one was available. I called this company after contacting home advisors. They also told me this company was so busy they were not taking new clients, but they gave me his number anyway. I did not realize that is was 98 degrees in GA as this is my rental unit and I am not in GA. I called the three numbers after 6 and Brian Brinkley answered his phone. God showed me favor. He stated he could come out the next morning. I feared I needed a new unit and that was not the case. He triaged the problem and made the necessary repairs expeditously and efficiently. It was cost effective. I am now reviewing his maintenance plan. I absolutely recommend this company. The unit is working again and all are happy!
