I have nothing but great things to say about Keith and his crew. They are the most delightful and honest people I have ever worked with. I sincerely wish all contractors gave me this much confidence.
For services, Keith always shows up on time, is very intentional and methodical in his work, and takes the time to explain and show you any issues with your HVAC system before proceeding with repairs.
His quote for our new A/C system installation in 2012 was middle of the pack in terms of price but the delivery couldn't have been beat in terms of the value he provided.

He is fantastic.  He removed the old  unit and put in the  new. He is a perfectionist, he installed this very well.

Keith did a very thorough evaluation of our house and our heating and cooling needs. Of the three people who gave us estimates, he is the only one who did a load calculation. He measured each room and window, looked around in the attic and crawl space and asked us a lot of questions about what we wanted. He took into consideration that we had new insulation in our attic and that we are in the process of replacing our windows in recommending the appropriate size for our new system. He also found several problems in our ducts that needed to be fixed for better efficiency. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. Just to be sure that the A/C has the proper amount of freon in it, he is even coming back once it gets hotter to check the pressure. Although we are confident that everything is in great working order for years to come, we will definitely have Keith back for routine maintenance and any further HVAC needs.
