Beaty Masonry

After replacing my roof, I still noticed water leaks in my attic. I called Bob at Beaty Masonry to look at my Chimney. There were definitely cracks in the mortar on both the sides of the chimney and the crown of the chimney. After scheduling time with him to complete the task, he came and completed it in one day. Bob cleaned off the chimney, ground out some of the old mortar, matched the color and then re-mortared the exterior of the chimney. His work exceeded my expectations on quality, cost, and time taken and I couldn't be happier. I have included an image of before and after, with the before picture on the left, after picture on the right.

Bob was wonderful. We couldn't find anyone to do this job and he was up front with us with what to expect. When the job was going to be delayed 2 days he called prior to that to let us know. We had problems with other contractors calling us back. He was very professional and a very hard worker. We are very pleased with the work he did. People that have come over have also been impressed. Any more concrete needs, I will call Bob.

Excellent experience all around. Bob is skilled and meticulous in performing his trade. Took great care not only to explain what he would do but also to ensure that the new grout blended well with the existing. Job was done quickly and in the time frame promised. Very reasonable pricing too. Quite pleased and would hire again or recommend without hesitation.

I love it! Bob was prompt, responded with an estimate when he said he would, brought samples and worked to get it just right. He likes to make sure the finished product is well and just what we talked about. Excellent job, pleasant, and kept me informed if there was a weather or job delay so I wasn't left to guess. Perfect project! Let me start by saying we loved Bob and his son Mason, and are planning on using them again for an outdoor kitchen project soon! Bob is super-responsive, if you call him-he'll call you back that day.  If there is a weather situation, Bob won't hesitate to let you know how that might affect your project time-wise. 

The work they perform is beautifully crafted stonework. We are pretty picky and Bob is too. He takes real pride in his craft and it shows. Our neighbors commented, first and foremost, how lovely the project had turned out, but went on to say how courteous and professional they were. Every day they made sure to clean the sidewalk in front of our home so thoroughly you would never have known there was work being done. 

In the end, every stone is even, the mortar between the stones is perfectly consistent, and we are thrilled with the results.

Excellent! Bob Beaty is extremely professional & somewhat of perfectionist. True craftsmanship with every detail. He went out of his way to make sure the retaining wall was not only correctly constructed, but attractive as well. He helped select the pavers we used for the new hardscape surface & laid them properly aligned with poly sand joints. Beautiful work in only 10-11 days.

Bob set the flagstone in concrete so it will stay secure and level.   All of this under a crazy deadline that we gave him because we wanted it to be ready for a party in less than two weeks!!   Bob is fantastic!   He not only completed the job perfectly and on time, he helped us solve a problem we were having putting up some umbrella decorations!  He is a perfectionist and has a terrific attitude.  Unlike so many repairmen, contractors and handymen I've hired in the past, he did what he said, on time, at the price he quoted and perfectly!   I highly recommend Bob.  You won't be disappointed.

Bob and Mason did a great job for us!  I cannot say enough nice things about their work ethic. Bob went out of his way to help us stay within our budget, but still get the finished product that we were looking for.  He is honest, responsive, and hard working. We would definitely use them again!

This project went better than I would have expected.  I have the most beautiful front steps.  Bob is very methodical and precise.  I am absolutely thrilled with the finished project.  What a professional job.  I am very fussy about what is done with my home and I could not be more satisified.   I would highly recommend this mason to anyone. 

All the work Beaty Masonry provided to me met my expectations and was within the budgeted amount discussed in advance.  His work is excellent and his clean up is just as good.  When he finishes a project, there are no signs of construction left behind.  His timeframe for the work has always met the estimated timeframe if not finished earlier.  He is a professional and perfectionist and went beyond my expectations for all of his projects.
