Really, really BAD!
First the price for the termite treatment was high, but I went with them anyhow. In hind site that was a bad decision. They didn't have the right parts (they said they were out of them....but I said then why did you start the treatment???) No response to that.
Then, their sales person tried to convince me that I had other problems. the evidence was "questionable", but I said to go ahead with that treatment ($2200). Only to find that they were backed up and could not do it for 2 to 3 weeks. So over the next two days I did some further investigation and found there to be no concrete evidence that I had any problem at all, so I decided to cancel that treatment. I told the sales person that and he agreed. Then I found that they charged me $1114.00 anyhow. About a week later, I went to the main office and they said they didn't know that I had cancelled. They said that they check into it and would issue a credit.
In the mean time, I called my sales person 2 times and asked him to call me ASAP. I also texted him and sent him two e-mails; none of which did he respond to and that was 2 weeks ago.
So now a new problem, Active Customer Service says that they can't issue credit to me because they were never paid by my credit card company. My credit card company says that they were issued the funds 15 days ago.....but for some unknown reason Active can't find them to issue me my credit. Now my credit card company is in a discovery mode to prove that they have my money for a service that they never preformed. I have left three messages for their customer service person to call me so I can fax/e-mail them the proof.
Still have not heard from them in 3 days. I have wasted over 4 hours of my time trying to resolve this.
Let me say this one thing about them......BEWARE!
