AC Alarms

I don't write a lot of reviews and very little impresses me. That said, this company was wonderful. Their customer service is excellent and they worked hard to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The attention to detail in their installation of the alarm was good, and they went out of their way to hide every possible wire. As it turned out, the AT&T people were here at the same time and they were and were running cable for Uverse. The cable looked terrible and was bright white and run up the side of the house. When I mentioned it to the AT&T installer he told me that he didn't have time to run it differently and there was no other way to get it there even if he did. Chance from AC Alarms was listening to the exchange and offered to run the cable himself. Fifteen minutes later, a cable was run connecting the outside phone box through 3 storage closets in my garage and down into the crawlspace under my house. It was completely hidden and then the AC alarm guys handed it off to AT&T to finish. AC wouldn't even charge me. It's one thing when someone does their job well--it's quite another when someone comes in and does someone else's job better than they could have! These guys stayed late and made everything perfect. They care about the business and their customers. They answer their cell phones. Great service and awesome people from a local company that actually cares. I have referred them to all of my friends.
