David is a one-man cleaning tornado! He showed up exactly on time and hit the floor running. By far the most thorough and efficient cleaning service that I have ever experienced.

I called David at the last minute to clean my newly purchased home. The sellers left the house in a state of chaos. The floors were dirty, the appliances had dried food stuck to the bottom and the home had an overall strong odor of garbage.  David agreed to come to the house at 7:00 pm and arrived promptly. He was very polite and introduced himself to my wife when she opened the door. He made her feel at ease from the beginning and when he entered the home he immediately took his shoes off. He didn't waste any time getting right to work.
David is truly a hard worker and spent an hour and half on the kitchen alone. He cleaned all of the cabinets, appliances, and within  30 minutes the home smelled great. David never stopped working from the time he entered the home until the time he left.  David's price was so low I actually paid him an additional $15 dollars because I felt he was under charging me for the quality of work he was providing. David worked until after 11:00 pm and would have stayed longer if I didn't have to get the kids to bed.
David is a former Marine and it shows; he has a strong work ethic and great demeanor. You can tell David takes pride in his work.

I spoke with David and asked him about his services and told me all he offers. Not only was it affordable but he was flexible so within 48 hours he was already here cleaning my home. He is very flexible with scheduling which seems wonderful for my husband and I as we work many hours. He cleaned my hardwoods, carpet, windows, blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, all rooms and beds, halls and staircase. I am very pleased with his work ethic. Very friendly and professional and did the work to my expectations of cleanliness. You can tell he really cares for the homeowners to be happy with his work and takes pride in what he does. My home is 3,000 sq ft, 2 stories, 4/3 so it's a rather ample space. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for future and ongoing cleaning services in my home. David and Jackie were on time, professional and did an excellent job! They were very thorough and before they left, made sure we were positively satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend!

I contracted with David Brown to come out and clean my house after a move out and before new tenants moved in. He was there when he said he would be which was much appreciated. Because of my work schedule, he had to come in the evening. I cannot say enough about how thorough he was and he did not rush through. In fact, he worked until about 12:40 am cleaning, after arriving at approximately 6:00 pm.
He was extremely reasonable in his prices and very professional and enjoyable to deal with. As an added bonus, he is a retired military veteran and I always like to give as much work as I can to the men and women who have done so much for our country.
I would definitely give him an A rating and have since recommended him to others and will use him again myself.
