After describing the problem in detail ( to include the model and serial numbers) , a service call was scheduled for between Noon and 5 PM on Monday. After waiting four hours I called to see if the repair man was coming and left a voice mail. The technician telephoned at 4:30 and asked what the problem was. I repeated the same description as when I made the appointment. The tech said that it would require a part replacement that he did not have. He said we would be called with the price when they found out the cost. When we received the return call, we found that they were going to charge for the part, the labor to replace it, and $88 for the "service call" even though their technician never showed up. I think it is dishonest to charge for a service call when the tech never came to the house. Incredible!

Technician informed me the fix was more expensive than purchasing a new washer. Thankfully he didn't perform a temporary fix that would've required more repair later. Very professional, very prompt, friendly service.

I called Rawlins on Friday and left a message. They called back within a short time and schedule an appointment for Monday between 8am and 12pm. Grady arrived by 10am after calling 10 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He throughly checked out our washing machine and determined the problem was the agitator bearings that needed to be replaced. He said the part would have to be ordered and he would return to fix it as soon as it came in. He was very nice and explained everything. The next morning the receptionist called and left a message saying the part was in and she could make an appointment for that afternoon. We played phone tag for a couple of calls but she always called me back quickly. We set up an appointment for that Tuesday afternoon and Grady returned to make the repair. They had looked up the age of my machine and checked out the condition and assured me I had a great machine that was worth repairing and should last a long time. I was very pleased with their service and was glad that I have found a good appliance repair company for the future. I will be adding them to my phone contact list as my "go to" company for appliance repair in the future. Thank you Grady and the Rawlins team for your great service and attention to details and great customer service!

The owner came out and showed us what was wrong, a sock was in the outer tub and repaired it. But when I went to do the first load of laundry it did the same thing. When he came back, it was about 10 days because of sewer problems not related, he tightened all the sensors and connectors, and it has been fine since. There was no charge for the second visit because it was the same problem and they guarantee their work for 30 days. He was on time, courteous, and even showed us how to fix it next time if it happened again, which it hasn't

I received a call to schedule an appointment within an hour of my request left on voice mail. My scheduled appointment was within 2 working days which I think is reasonable. The technician, called shortly before arriving and was on time. Brady worked efficiently and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was called by the business within a couple of hours with an exact repair quote and we set up a time the next day for the repair, I am extremely satisfied and will use Rawlins again if the need arises. The price noted below included the service call, part and labor.

The technician arrived about 3pm and proceeded to diagnose my refrigerator. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was courteous and very professional. He called about 20 minutes before he showed up. He proceeded to empty my freezer and removed the coil covering. Once he had the problem, he informed me of what it was and that he had brought the needed part with him. After receiving my OK on the pricing, he proceeded to fix the defrost regulator. He was done by 3:40pm.  I was surprised that he was able to fix my problem so quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future. My only dislike is the huge window of time in which they will come out. It forces you to take of work for time that wasn't needed.

I was given an 8am to 12 noon arrival estimate. Technician, Bobby called to let me know he was on his way. Because I gave the office information about the brand and model number of my dryer, Bobby brought with him the part he may need. It was exactly the part needed. Bobby was here for about 30 minutes. That included him wiping out the dust balls when he had the front of the dryer open!

He was very courteous and professional. I was prepared to pay him for the service call, but he insisted I did not owe him anything. It was a very pleasant surprise. You don't see that sort of thoughtfulness much these days. I would highly recommend Rawlins.

they cleared the line and it worked for about two months,then clogged again. a fix like this should last for years, not days. after
calling them again we were told that a repair guarentee was only good for thirty days. the service charges was excessive, the work was poorly done,i plan to call again and talk to the owner before i call the BBB.
update-------------------------------

i did contact the owner and he had the work done again,and again the drain clogged in about two months Again I called him and.he asked for and i gave him the serial number of the refridgerator, thinking that he was going to order a part. that was two weeks ago. I have tried to call him back now for two weeks (at least a dozen times) to see if the was any progress and he will not call me back.I always get the answer machine and leave a message.They probably have a caller ID and will not answer.

i would like to get a refund of the charges (108.00).I would not consider doing business with them again

Called company on Sunday and left message to contact us using number we would be at during the day on Monday. Arrived home Monday evening to find they had called the home number instead and left message. After a round of telephone tag (you frequently get an answering machine at the office number) we were able to describe the problem, supply the model number and serial number of the oven to the office person.
Service person arrived during the appointed time frame (8 to 12) on Thursday with the needed part and replaced it, after calling ahead to make sure someone was home and to verify we knew the total cost of repair. Service man replaced panel and checked performance.
Efficient repair visit, but pricey ($20 labor on top of $88 Service Charge). Rather than get the oven repaired on Tuesday, as we had hoped, the appointment had to be for Thursday, largely due to difficulty in speaking to a person at the business' phone number.

.When I first called them, the lady that answered was courteous and very helpful. She was able to tell me where to find the almost invisible (to me) model info. After a few moments, she called me back with the prices of possible causes of my problem. Thankfully, it was not the 'timer'. Very pleased and thankful for the recommendation.
