Valerie was very pleasant at the consult she explained in detail what would be done and the time it would be done in, she showed up on time of appointment day with 2 other girls I came home 2 hrs later my house was very clean exactly as she said it would smelled wonderful im very satisfied and will be having them clean my home every 2 weeks ..

I have 2 cracked ribs-so deep cleaning for ME is impossible. Despite that fact-I dragged everything out of my laundry room so they could sweep and MOP the floor. They swept, but didn't use so much as a wet rag on the floor. Because it was going to rain the next day-I had to drag EVERYTHING BACK INTO the laundrty room-WITHOUT the cleaning. OUCH-Hard with cracked ribs. I also checked the blinds-which were still dirty. I took photos and texted them to Valerie-she said she "wiped them." Perhaps she did wipe them-but she didn't CLEAN THEM. Home Innovations was just okay. Valerie said she'd come with 2 others, she came with one other gal...so, the cleaning took much longer than she had promised. My biggest mistake was giving Valerie a check without checking the work. I also wrote the check for 400.00--5.00 over the charge. Just as a statement of "I trust you." NEVER pay before checking the work! When I texted Valerie about the laundry room, after I sent photos of the STILL DIRTY BLINDS, she never offered to come back and finish the job, nor did you offer a refund of any amount. She admitted she hadn't mopped the laundry room-because her mop was dirty. Isn't this your profession? Shouldn't you know how to overcome that obstacle? She didn't seem to care about any of it. They can do good work if motivated--just never pay until you check their work.

She was friendly for the consult and listened to all my concerns. From my consult, iI was told the most work would be im the kitchen (which I agreed) and the minimum amount of time would be 3 hours. However, with my busy schedule I wasn't able to check the house until a later day. Everything was cleaned, but it doesn't appear she did a thorough deep clean of the kitchen. She missed the backsplash behind the kitchen faucet (the was still visible gunk), she did not do the underside of the microwave, and did not clean the cabinets to the extent I had emphasized to her. I did not expect the whiteness to come back but I did request all the buildup be removed. Overall, I emphasized baseboards and COBWEBS throughout the rooms I requested of her to clean. Baseboards were cleaned sufficiently, but there were definitely cobwebs along the walls of corners and dust on furniture including lampshade and hanging pictures (Valerie had mentioned in person that this would be done). From the consult she mentioned most of my request were included in a general cleaning, the kitchen would be the most work (which I agreed with). I would've cleaned myself but I do not have the time and a deep clean would've been nice since we are moving back into the house with roommates. Being charged the amount that she quoted while still exempting 3 bedrooms and a hallway, I believe she could've done better work. Will not recommend and believe that she should be removed from Angie's List.

I am disabled so I can't scrub things any more, especially the bathrooms. Valerie does a great job with the deep cleaning I need around the house. She is very flexible, personable and willing to help any way she can. I highly recommended her for your house cleaning needs.

All visits went very well. She is personable and efficient. I have a german shepherd who sheds constantly and she is very good about getting all the dog hair!

I am an active duty service member.  My schedule keeps me at work pretty late during the week and most weekends.  I work hard but I play hard and I don't have time to clean my apartment.  Fortunately, I found Home Innovations and didn't have to wait for an initial appointment.  Valerie was very prompt for the first appointment and listened patiently as I rambled on about how I like the apartment cleaned (I am a bit picky).  The result was fantastic.  I couldn't have asked for a better service.  Home Innovations is very affordable.  I am soo pleased with their service, I have booked them on a bi monthly schedule.

The two ladies that showed up (Valerie and Jennifer) were extremely polite and punctual. They understanding in in my needs of special cleaning detergents due to allergies. I would highly recommend.

Valerie met with me to give me a quote to clean my home (4 bedrooms & 2 full baths). After receiving my quote, I scheduled Valerie immediately. Valerie was very prompt upon arrival and had all needed cleaning products and utensils with her. Valerie came in and cleaned the house from one end to the other. All the furniture was dusted, carpets vacuumed, floors swept and mopped, counters & appliances cleaned as if they were new. Valerie even cleaned under & behind the oven and refrigerator (additional fee, but well worth it)! Bathrooms were shiny and fresh.?When she was done cleaning you could not even tell that I have two small children (5 and 2) and two large dogs that are inside dogs. I enjoyed her company as cleaned and have already scheduled future cleanings.
