After several very frustrating experiences with roofers in the area, I couldn't be more pleased with High View Roofing & Restoration. They reached out to me from Angi's list only hours after I requested a fix for my leaking roof, and were at my house the very next day. Zach was prompt with his responses and incredibly professional when he was here. He gave me a genuinely honest assessment of my roofing problem and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and his proposed solution. He even had me come up on the roof myself so that he could fully explain the situation. After discussing my options, the severity of the issue, and my financial situation, he offered to complete a temporary fix, on the spot and free of charge. He didn't try to scam me or trick me into believing that the issue was worse than it really is. I'm going to see how the quick fix holds up for a few months, but this will be the first company I call if I continue having problems. Thank you again Zach!

Zach is very thorough and explains everything

There was a wind storm, some of our neighbors reported hail, and 5 days of rain. You find water dripping from the ceiling what do you do? Went on one of the repair sites and left message seeking advice on what to do. Within 2 hrs phone contact from Zach of High View Roofing and Restoration. Zach did a detailed examination of the roof and interior damage. Zach was there as we contacted insurance company to make a claim. Zach was there when the adjuster came for inspection and answered any questions. When the details got worked out the new roof materials arrived Wed. morning, dumpster arrived Wed. afternoon, work crew arrived Thurs 8am, covered shrubs, flower beds, hvac unit, deck, etc. with tarps, removed guttering, roofing, vents and stuff, moved new material to roof and left around 8pm. Friday the crew arrived 8am, installed new roof, did cleanup, including dragging a magnet thru the yard and left around 4pm. Dumpster left that about 6pm. WOW!!!!! From Wed morning thru Friday evening Zach was on-site 5 times talking with us and/or the crew. We have seen several roofs replaced this year and NOBODY was this good, fast or friendly. Very resourceful and coming up against problems. Didn't give up just because it was going to be difficult and out of the ordinary.

We used High View Roofing and Restoration to replace our roof. Zach was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! It made the process as stress free as getting a new roof can be. His crew did a wonderful job and barely left any trace behind! I highly recommend them!
