The first screen they put on had a problem with sensitivity in the lower left corner. They said no problem and installed another screen. That screen went completely crazy and I could barely use the phone. Again, no problem and they did some further testing and installed the third screen. This one works great.
They really stuck with the repair until they had it right. They have replaced probably a dozen screens on other phones we use in our company and always have had great service. Fast also, usually less than a half hour.

I found this company on Craigslist. I had already been burned once by the "guy you meet in a parking lot." I was happy to see they actually have a storefront.
Dropped off the phones around 2:30 and picked up on the way home around 6:00. Phone's work great and look like new. They will do screen protectors also, but I didn't need that because I have Otterboxes.
Price was quoted up front, front screens were around $55 each and the back one was around $25-30.
