They installed gutters on the front of the house that is an eye sore. If I would have known how it would look I would have hired someone else. I did mention to the installers while they were installing that I did not like the way the gutter looked at that location.

"In response to this review: We just want to clarify the situation. Our salesperson drew out a diagram with Mr. Santiago indicating the placement of his gutters and downspouts, before the job began, which he liked and agreed to at the time. After our crew cut and placed a downspout in the front of Mr. Santiago's home, the customer indicated that he was not happy with the original planned placement of the downspout. We offered to change it out for only the cost of the materials, as the original materials were already used. Mr. Santiago said that he would think about it. Upon collection of the final payment, the customer again stated that he was not happy with the way it looked. Later, the owner of E-Z Roofing called Mr. Santiago and again offered to come out and move said downspout for only the cost of the materials, but Mr. Santiago was not interested. We think it is very unfortunate that Mr. Santiago is unhappy with the appearance/placement of the downspout, as we try hard to please every customer, every time. With that being said the offer for Mr. Santiago still stands."

The work was good but communication with the office lacked. There was one issue that I had but was corrected. I was told that the owner of the company would come and inspect the completed project because the supervisor was out sick. There was no indication that anyone came out, no note, paperwork or even a phone call.

Only wish 10 years ago....I could have found them and hired to do the entire roof. Not just finish the job so poorly done by the big name local contractor. And the new skylights were worth the extra cost. Thanks to EZ Roofing...would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone!!!

right now I am not very pleased with this company. This now is a follow on Nov 8th . Zach Corbin came back out to check on the repairs . he did not like what was done either so he redone the work much better job I am pleased . Goes to show its all in the personel doing the work

I had E-Z Roofing do a repair on my roof. The project manager assigned to us was Mr. Bart, he was friendly, knowledgeable, I was very much surprised he did not try and sell me a new roof as friends told me "they" might. The repair was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, at a fair price. My only complaint was I had to call end of day the work was supposed to be done to be told they got held up on another job. I totally understood, however I feel like they should have contacted me. Overall I am pleased with the job/work done.
