Provider came out, on time, for initial evaluation of work I wanted done. Was very helpful in giving alternate ideas. He said he would get me an estimate in about 3 days or so. Called them after a week since I had not heard from them. They e-mailed me an estimate on part of the work I wanted done. Called them again and spoke with a very nice lady who said they would e-mail me the rest of the estimate within a day or two. Waited a week and never got a response back.

BC Painting was subcontracted through North Augusta Roofing to paint my bedroom ceiling after a repair was made. The crew was very prompt and very professional. The guys were also quite friendly. The work looks great and I'm very happy.

Called the company, requested a quote and scheduled a day / time to meet a company representative at our home. Shortly before leaving work to head home to meet the company representative, another employee called to inform me the representative was running a little behind. The employee offered to give my cell phone number to the representative and the representative would call me directly to arrange a time to meet at our home. That call never came.Upon returning home from work at the end of the day, I noted a business card in my front door. Unsure of whether any estimate had been done or if rather the representative came and went since nobody was home, I again called the company. A voice similar to the one I had spoken with earlier that day quickly exclaimed it was not she whom I spoke with; however, after she allowed me to explain I did speak to another female at such and such a time that morning, this employee admitted it was in fact her that I had spoken with. I explained that I did not receive any calls during the day, but found the business card at my home. The employee explained that a written estimate would be forthcoming by mail.Approximately 3 days later, I received a written estimate; however, it included the cost of paint... paint which I had already purchased. Wanting to inquire whether any credit could be obtained for paint already purchased, I called the company again to speak with someone regarding the written quote I received. The individual who answered stated that quotes were the responsibility of another person with the business, took my name / number and advised that someone would call me regarding the quote. Again, no call. A few days later, I called again to the company wishing to speak with someone pertaining to the quote; again, I was told I would receive a call back from someone else with the company before the end of the day. It is now 9:00pm and no call was received.If this much trouble to obtain and discuss the quote, not worth the risk of trying to contact someone if there was a problem with the actual paint job. I do have cell phone records to document my call history to / from this company.

I spent around $850 on their service. They were very nice and they did great work. Their price was very fair. I will use this company again in the future.

They did everything that was quoted and did an good job painting the exterior of my house. The work was done quickly and professionally.

We have used them before and they always pay very close attention to detail. They have a great staff and they have reasonable prices. They also did a nice clean up job when they were done. They did a beautiful job on my home.
