When he showed up, Scott did great work and finished everything I wanted done. But that is the problem: getting him to show up. Multiple missed appointments, no communications and didn't send pics as promised gets him a half star rating for customer service.

The job was completed in a very timely manner. Pictures were taken regarding some roof repair; however, we never received the pictures as indicated. Good price and we were thankful to find a company that actually cleans gutters. Everyone wanted to sell us "leaf guards" for our home.

Scott provided a lot of fyi's on additional work needed on roof. He provided decent estimate on cost. Advised need for delay until July 28th, so we'll see results then. Loved the pictures to show before and end result. Great customer service addition.

Never showed up on original appointment day explained he had a problem with a employee. Scott would not provide a written estimate upon request and after starting the job changed the pricing. Ask to be paid prior to finishing the job indicating he had to make payroll. After agreed price, I paid and Scott the owner never returned or called to finish the job. I was mislead by reviews

Called and came out same day.. Quick and completed within an hour.. Rate quoted was fair.

Scott was able to clean out my gutters and re-hang the drooping areas. He took pictures and itemized what I owed.

Because I had to leave the house before he was done, I left him a check for the full amount $160, to clean gutters on garage and house. First red flag was when he asked if I had a broom he could use....would have thought he had one, but let him use mine. Came back home and the job was half done. Garage gutters were cleaned but all kinds of debris was still left on the roof. He didn't sweep, blow or otherwise clean the walk, driveway or deck where all the gutter debris fell. I tried to call him over the next 2 days to have him come back and clean up, but no answer and mailbox was full.

The responding company's card said S&H Gutters. After arriving on the job site the previous phone quotes were both revised upward. The new quote being above my budget, I negotiated only minimal repairs to solve my immediate problem. The following day it rained and I noticed one of the downspouts was installed incorrectly. The downspout was fitted over the piece below, not into it. Or course it would leak, and it did.

Similar experience like other customers. Scott came out to give me a estimate on cleaning gutters. Of course he recommended other things that need fixing. He ask for money up front to buy materials. After I gave it to him it took 3 weeks to start the work. The work was never completed and I had to hire another company to finish it. He lied and never even cleaned the back gutters. Please do not use this guy! If you give him money up front you will not get the work completed"

Very fast and friendly work. Scott was able to clearly explain what work was being done. He took pictures of the problem areas so that I could see the problems and then showed me the finished project. The work was done quickly and we are hiring Scott to do more work on chimney in a few weeks.

I hired Scott Hunter this past March (2013). He completed the first task and offered to fix other problems he said he observed while working on the original problem. When I paid him for the completed work, he also asked for the money to purchase the products he needed to complete the other tasks. He seemed sincere and honest so I paid in advance. It has been 3 months and the work was never done. I asked for my money back or the products. I have received neither. He lied to me continuously. I will never use this company again.
