I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the past 3 years with numerous leaks. One week I had two which was 300.00 each time to fix the leaks. I finally had them replumb the whole house. Their prices became higher each time. Recently thinking they would give me a break since I had spent so much money with them I wanted a new faucet installed in my bathroom tub/shower, I bought the whole kit which came with everything but all I wanted was the faucet , they said it will be at least 400.00 dollars to install a faucet. I thought being a loyal customer they would give me a break but all they care about is the money. I am a single senior citizen and it is hard to make ends meet sometimes but the owners daughter said that is what the price will be and she was sending her boyfriend to do the job. I guess being a steady loyal customer doesn't mean anything anymore.

Technician Terry was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Repaired my plumbing issue very quickly. I will ask for him the next time I need a plumber.

Gary pushed the appointment back several times and when he finally came out and completed the work, the job was not actually done. Our rental property booked a guest based on the work being done and ultimately was unable to stay at the property because Gary had not completed the job. He did offer to come out again for an additional fee, but pushed that back 6 days before I finally said I would just look for someone else.

Changed outside faucet (bib) that did not need changing. Did not add requested tub trap. Did not change broken outside faucet. Terry was courteous and professional but pounding on pipes caused debris in old galvanized pipes to clog the Kitchen faucet. Terry did clean faucet valves to solve the issue. They promised follow-up that has not occurred.

Kenny was personable, respectful, knowledgeable. He was a hour late in arriving but was efficient in getting the work completed.

Pump went out a 3rd time. Called another Plummer.

Terry Scroggs arrived on time. He was very professional and completed the sink repairs efficiently and did not make a mess. I will definitely keep Quality 1st Plumbing on my list of preferred contractors.

Tony and Josh were awesome! Saturday morning at 11 am a pipe burst in my very low dirt crawlspace 50' from the entrance hatch. Despite having to finish a nearby job in Cleveland GA, they were at my place within an hour and had the pipe fixed in no time for less than $500 despite the muddy flooded very low crawlspace conditions. There is no way I would want to do that job in those conditions, especially at that price. Tony and Josh are real pro's! Quality 1st is #1 on my list! I highly recommend them no matter how tough the plumbing job might be.

Kenny was absolutely awesome. He even walked around my new home with me to see if we could find a propane tank on the property!

Ran slightly late but called to say they were running late and arrived on time later'. Assessed where leak was, quoted price for parts and labor. Replaced parts as required, cleaned up. Working well now.

The technician was prompt, explained everything clearly and really cared about my concerns.

Very knowledgeable, personable, quality work, explained what needed to be done before completing. Will definitely be using them going forward.
