I had scheduled an appointment over the phone with the company, but when the day for the appointment came they were a no call no show. The had called the next day or the day after that, but it was just too late at that point.

"We are sorry about the inconvenience caused. This appointment to check the job and provide an estimate had been set several days in advance on your request, I would say almost a month. We are used to provide estimates and service within one to three days. When the time of the appointment came we were extremely busy and did not make it, we called first thing the next day to apologize and offer a visit right away. We were told no, you did not need the service any more. Sorry."

They did a very good job of "deep" cleaning our house. They even cleaned inside the refrigerator, pantry, and cabinets. They came, they worked, they left. Very professional.

I do find the price higher than I am used to paying, however the two women worked hard every minute they were here and accomplished great cleaning. Perhaps the draw back is that when I have something extra... it is not included in services provided. But I have to say for general cleaning they did an awesome job.
