Very well overall. I think it was a bigger job than they expected, and he came back to me to ask me for more money. However, I told him that was his responsibility to determine up front, when he gave me the estimate. In the end, I compromised and we agreed to an additional payment. It was worth it, they worked very hard and did a good job on building this large, heavy retaining wall. It ended up being 40' long, 7' high with drainage pipe built in.
