Keith Burton is the owner of the company and came out as the sales rep also. We put 50% down ($3100.00) and was supposed to start within 2-3 business days to measure the windows. It took nearly 2 weeks for them to get to my house and he was late to start that day also. About a month later, the windows came in. Was to be a 2 day installation job, but ended up being there 8 days and the job was still not finished. While they were here, they stole a diamond ring, medicine, tools, bracelets and other fine jewelry. We made owner aware on a Friday ? and he said he would take care of it. He ended up sending the same guys to another house the next day with no regard to my concern of the theft going on. They were sub-contractors working for Keith were arrested that following Tuesday and was found with not only customer?s possessions, but also illegal drugs which Keith was also aware of. I tried to put in a claim on the company based on the theft that had occurred, but Keith refused to take responsibility for it. It seems that this company also is going by other names to hide their true self, eg. America?s Best Choice Windows. My wife ended up paying him the balance without the knowledge of all that was going on. It?s unfortunate that there are still companies out there like this.
