Westbury Carpet One

They were very professional. The individual I worked with came to my house and measured the area where I wanted carpet. He made a number of suggestions in terms of what color and shade would best match the decor in my room. They also arranged the delivery and installation of the carpet. We are very pleased with the overall results.

They did a good job, but there were small installation problems.

We discovered Westbury Carpet One through Angie's List, and to our surprise it was located approximately 1 mile from our home.  We dealt with Clark Hood, who was a wonderful representative.  He reviewed different styles of carpet with us and assisted us in picking out samples of carpet that we took home to see what looked best with our furniture.  After we made our decision, he came to our home to measure.  We needed to re-do the family room and back staircase, and, because our home is an open plan, thought we would have to re-do the upstairs hall, upstairs sitting room and front staircase as well.  Clark was very honest in providing his opinion to do what was needed at this time and to wait for the rest of it until we were sure of what we wanted--he actually talked us out of additional business at this time! 
An appointment was scheduled for the new carpet and pad to be installed, and his 2 installers showed up on time.  They moved what furniture was left in the family room, removed the old carpet and pad, installed the new carpet and pad and moved the furniture back in less than 5 hours.  The carpet on the back staircase needed the edges to be bound, and they even had a sewing machine with them to add the color of binding that I was asked to choose. 
We are very pleased with the results and will definitely contact Clark Hood when the time comes to re-do the upstairs!

Westbury Carpet Company was recommended to us by our insurance agency. They were excellent. They did great work. The workers were nice. They gave me good advice. They installed the carpets well and we never had a problem afterwards. The only thing I felt negative about them was that they were pricey. I would probably use them again in the future.
